Outline Programme

The London Hip Meeting will take place on Wednesday 28th April 2010 at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre.

The meeting will commence at 8:00 am and conclude at 6:30pm.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the day.

Programme sessions include:-

Pre arthroplasty surgery and avoiding osteoarthritis

The bearing surface and technological advances

Avoiding complications in total hip replacement

Thromboembolic prophylaxis

Outcomes and economics

Revision focusing in particular on peri prosthetic fractures and
massive bone loss

An application has been made to the British Orthopaedic Association for CPD accreditation.
